Offerings

PERSONAL TRAINING

Members will have a customized training program that they establish in collaboration with their coach. With flexible scheduling, members will be able to get workouts in around their schedule. Workouts and results will be evaluated every 90 days to ensure programming is in alignment with each member’s goals.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

In a small group setting, members will receive workouts customized to their goals. Running at set times during the day, members will be able to find consistent scheduling in their day. A smaller setting allows for more individual attention, but still creates a strong community atmosphere during the workout.
