Kettlebell Strength & Conditioning
Are you interested in burning fat, building muscle, increasing strength and stamina? Then this workout is for you! Kettlebells offer a different kind of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness; endurance, strength, balance, agility, and cardio.
Endurance
High-intensity interval training workouts that will increase your aerobic capacity, while building strength, muscular endurance, and power. This class is similar to our Sweat class, but will focus on longer workouts to increase cardiovascular endurance.
Small Group Strength and Conditioning
Workout in a high energy group environment. Build strength and endurance for life. All classes are led by an expert coach.
KidFit
This class helps kids stay active and have fun at the same time by teaching them good exercise habits from an early age.
Lift Her Up
Focused on preteen and teen girls, this class helps teach leadership, build confidence, strength, and self-esteem. We want girls to know what it is like to be strong and confident and to go through life as leaders in school, sports, and every day activities.
