- Choose Rewards, not Punishments – Too many times I hear of people punishing themselves for slipping up with their nutrition habits or for missing a workouts. Flip the narrative and choose to reward yourself for positive changes. Research has shown that rewards can account for up to 75% of motivation towards accomplishment.
- Find a support system – Surround yourself with people who want you to succeed and who already are motivated towards the same goals. The groups you associate with influence eating habits, health habits, emotional state, and even career aspirations.
